Failed Healthcare Fix:  "Repeal and Replace"

The Republicans have voted to repeal Obamacare more than 50 times. No repeal has ever gotten through the Senate, so the ever-changing Obamacare law remains.

“We need a new system,” said House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.). “We need a system that puts the patients first, one that controls costs through competition, and expands coverage by choice, not coercion.”  What system do they propose to do that?

We cannot continue to wait while Washington takes no action to fix healthcare, replenish the Medicare Trust, or pay Medicaid doctors a decent wage. Each day, Americans pay more and more money while they get less and less care. The Republicans’ approach has been "Repeal and Replace" — but they have made no concrete proposals and have no idea what the replacement should be.
